MAKE A LIST
Unless you are not concerned in the least about cost, it's a good idea to make a list of each guest who is to be given a photo favor or party favor. This is because the favors are free to your guests but as the host, you are paying for each favor that's handed out,. Because of the attractive nature of these give-aways, some of the kids will often attempt to get several items. This could result in some of your guests walking away with 5 or 6 favors while others end up not getting anything. It's rare, but it happens - and the best way to make sure each and every one of your guests goes home with a memento of your event is to write all their names down. and provide a list if possible. When your guest gets their picture taken for the photo favor, we check their name off that list to make sure everybody is accounted for and you don't find out later that your favorite niece or nephew didn't recieve a T-shirt, snowglobe, bobblehead, etc.
